Cancel Anytime Agreement
Although we hope to work together for many years to come, we don't believe in long term contracts. Rather we believe we should earn your business every single day. Should you ever find our services lacking, you can terminate our agreement with a simple 30-day notice and with no termination fees or penalties.
Eviction Protection
If we approve and place a tenant in your rental property and we have to evict that tenant for non-payment of rent, we will pay up to $1,000 of legal fees.
Pet Protection
If we place a pet in your property and they cause damage, we will cover the repair cost up to $1000 above the deposit amount.
Communication Promise
If you contact us via phone or email and we do not return your call within 24 hours we will waive one month of management fees.
Tenant Placement Assurance
If we place a tenant and they break their lease during the first 12 months - we will find a new tenant at no marketing cost to you.
