You Get All You Need To Sell Your Home

We are a fully licensed real estate company that offers full service but at a discount commission.  

Our service is FREE TO LIST, $0 upfront charges. We charge a total of 1% of the sales price plus $495.00 Transaction Fee and Professional Pictures $350.00Our commission is due at closing. 

There are over 800 MLS’s in the USA, approximately 30 in Florida, and about 195,000 realtors use the MLS in Florida (Florida has the second largest number of real estate agents in the US). Most MLS’s syndicate to hundreds of real estate websites, so buyers searching without agents can also find your property. Why wouldn’t you want to harness the marketing power of the MLS to maximize the visibility of your home?

 

No! You will have your standard closing cost associated with selling your home which the title company will disclose to you. Also, you will decide and control what you would like to pay the buyer’s agent.

No! You do not have to have to pay a commission to have your home active on the MLS.

Between 2-3%. Most sellers find that offering 2.5% commission is a sweet spot, but it is totally up to you. Also, commission for a buyer’s agent is a separate negotiation which is not mandatory.

Your dedicated Realtor® will take care of the showings and only represented pre-approved buyers will come see your home.
