Cancel Anytime Agreement
Although we hope to work together for many years to come, we don't believe in long term contracts. Rather we believe we should earn your business every single day. Should you ever find our services lacking, you can terminate our agreement with a simple 30-day written notice.
Legal Lease Pledge
Our lease agreement is always prepared, customized, reviewed and approved by a top Florida Real Estate Landlord firm. We only operate in compliance with fair housing, local and state laws.
Leasing/Management Fee Guarantee
You don't pay us a leasing fee until a signed lease is executed, received and money is collected from the tenant. There will be no management fee charged if property is vacant.
Communication Promise
If you contact us via phone or email and we do not return your call within 24 hours we will waive one month of management fees.
Tenant Placement Assurance
If we place a tenant and they break their lease during the first 12 months we will find a new tenant at no cost to you.
